Agent-driven tracker activity previously ran under the repository owner's account, making agent actions indistinguishable from the owner's own. A dedicated Gitea user claude (token scopes: write:issue, write:repository, write:user) now exists so that agent-driven issue operations and commits carry their own identity.

This issue is the live verification: it was created, commented on, and closed by the claude account. The issue header and timeline are the evidence.
