chore: ignore scripts/ build artefacts on main

Mirrors scripts/.gitignore from feature/mesh-vocab-pipeline so the
regenerable pipeline outputs under scripts/data/processed/ stop
showing up as untracked on main. Identical content avoids a merge
conflict when the feature branch lands.
